The SN is engraved on the body or head of your flashlight. Warranty claims are only processed for products that return a valid match against the Fenix manufacturer registry.

What payment methods do you accept for online orders?
All retail orders are processed securely through PayPal at checkout. PayPal accepts major credit cards, Visa Debit cards, and PayPal account balances. Can I return a Fenix flashlight if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery — provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Flashlights that have been powered on or had batteries installed are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
Can I exchange my Fenix flashlight for a different model?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the original item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. If there is a price difference between the two models, we will charge or refund the difference when the exchange is processed. Contact us to start the exchange.
How does Fenix warranty service work?
Fenix lights carry a manufacturer warranty handled separately from change-of-mind returns. First work through our troubleshooting guide — most issues are resolved at home in a few minutes. If the problem persists, use the Warranty Check above with the 11-digit serial number engraved on your light to verify eligibility before contacting us.
Who pays return shipping for warranty service?
Shipping the item to our Mississauga, Ontario address for warranty service is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipping method. Once the item is received, Fenix Tactical handles all communication with the manufacturer on your behalf until the repair or replacement is completed.
What if my Fenix flashlight arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the problem and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are not subject to the 14-day change-of-mind return window.
How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Do you offer business or volume order discounts?
Yes. Business, government, and organizational orders qualify for volume pricing.
