| The SANYO Eneloop Charger is the ideal model for use at home, because it can charge 4 batteries overnight and it is economically priced. It comes with either a plug molded to the case for direct use into an A/C wall socket. The slow charging by using a low charge-current ensures a long cycle life of the eneloop batteries. It can charge either 2 or 4 batteries of size AA or AAA at once. |

Because the Eneloop has a very low self-discharge, the batteries come charged right out of the pack. Eneloop batteries retain power longer than regular rechargeable batteries and keep 85% of their charge over a year. |

Because the eneloop has a very low self-discharge, SANYO can ship the batteries in a charged state so they're ready to use out of the pack. In contrast to a disposable battery the eneloop can be charged 1000 times. This saves the environment and your purse. Thus one eneloop saves the waste of 999 disposable batteries. |
