The Universal CCW Holster attaches with hook side velcro to loop velcro sewn in various Maxpedition packs. 2" retention strap can be adjusted for a snug fit to your weapon.
#3501 Univ. CCW Holster is equipped with “hook” fasteners. Compatible packs have compartments equipped with “pile”. First adjust the loop of the holster so it fits your firearm securely. To adhere the holster to the bag, simply press the “hook” side of the holster onto the “pile” field inside the pack. Position as desired to facilitate draw.
If your #3501 Univ. CCW Holster is delivered with the loop flipped backwards, simply reverse it. We do this to prevent the hook from abrading other items while in the factory.

The Dual Mag Retention Insert attaches onto the loop field present in the CCW compartment of a variety of Maxpedition packs. Two retention loops of 2” wide elastic each hold up to two single stack .45 mags or a double stacked mag. The loops works just as well with multitools, flashlights, batons, pepper spray, etc.

The Fastex® Grimloc™ Locking D-Ring can be used on any 1" wide piece of webbing and replaces the metal carabiner for attachment of lanyards, weapons, and accessories.
It is fabricated from high strength lightweight plastic, incorporates GhillieTex™ IR-signature reduction technology, and resists solar heating. Its latch is designed with a detent to maintain an open position if needed and, while strong enough to carry equipment, it will break away with a soldier's weight, eliminating snagging hazards which can cause serious injuries.
The Grimloc™ Locking D-Ring's release button is textured for ease of use with gloved hands and works as a pump for purging trapped sand or water through integral drain holes. Since the Grimloc™ is made from plastic, it will not serve as a platform for ricochets or become a secondary projectile.
